It’s Friday, the best day for a flashback! Why? Well, because Friday starts with an “F” just like Flashback. Mystery solved!

Here we are with the original ladies’ fur, Big Oonch. It was his birthday on Wednesday dontcha know? This was surprisingly hard to draw. I wanted to do a bit more of an elaborate pose with him tipping his hat, but it just didn’t work right, so I settled for something simple. He was going to have both paws out, but that didn’t look right either. So this is a piece of compromise.

Here’s a comparison to the original piece done in the mash-up style. As you can see, cloaks are something I’ve struggled with for a long time. Oonch looks so much better now.

Hello there, mash-up viewer. Time to give you a mash-up to view. Click on the pic to make it big(ger).

Armello is all about the cards. Well maybe not, but they play a big part. There are still cards I haven’t seen yet because they’re adding new ones all the time. You get an album that you can flip through to see all the cards, which is nice because the art is stunning. I’m ever close to filling my album, but not there yet.

Sargon is of the Rat Clan. He’s a dark magician of some sort, really creepy looking. So Creepyfur (as Deema calls him) is the perfect choice to play him! Well, that and Sargon has a headpiece that covers his eyes.

Saturday Night’s Main (Flashback) Event – Big Boss Man

Saturday Night’s Main Event used to start at 11:30 on Saturday night’s, so it’s only fitting that I remembered to post just in time for that. NXT Takeover was truly spectacular.

The Big Boss Man was an honest to goodness prison guard before becoming a wrestler. The best gimmicks are drawn from real life. He was a dastardly heel who became a charismatic face. Then he left the company and when he came back he was back to being a heel. He remained that way for the rest of his career.

Here’s Big Oonch as the Big Boss Man. Are you ready to serve some hard time?

Here’s a comparison to the original. The lines of the original were too thin and they look especially shaky.

Christmas Flashback – Big Oonch

Hey there flashback fans! It’s the last Christmas flashback just in time for…two weeks after New Year’s.

Here’s Big Oonch as a Frosty the Snowman. A snowman isn’t as strictly tied to Christmas so this doesn’t feel as late as it could.
