Helloooooooooooo! Welcome back to Wednesday! Time for the mash-up!

So I hinted that the new theme was going to be RPG-inspired. Did anybody guess Shadowrun?

I’ve played Shadowrun all of zero times, but I made a character one time. We were supposed to start a campaign and it just never happened. I do find the setting fascinating. It’s something I’m considering running.

Good afternoon! Welcome to the mash-up that gets posted on Wednesdays. Because it is Wednesday and that is the day that we post mash-ups. And as this mash-up has been posted, it must be Wednesday. Actually, that last part is NOT a given, but this week it’s correct (watch me mess up the scheduling).

So did you know there were bad guys in Teddy Ruxpin? Because I did not. I thought I might have to go with another toy line. But I did some research and not only is there a villain, there are four! You’ll need to go out and discover the other three on your own. Right now, here’s Deema as Tweeg. It seemed like a good fit really.

Hello! Welcome back to the mash-ups. It’s Wednesday dontcha know! Let’s get right to it.

Yes, this week we have Chae dressing up as Mumm-ra. Spoooky right? This might have been good for the Wednesday before Hallowe’en. Oh well, Hallowe’en isn’t too far past.

To be honest, I had no idea who the villains in Rainbow Brite were. I had to look it up and well, Murky was the one I think fit best. Here’s Todrick as Mr. Dismal.

80’s Toys – Captain Power – Lord Dread

Hello there! Time for another mash-up huh? Well, let’s get right to it.

So Lord Dread kinda looks like a Borg, right? But he’s way shinier! I had the first wave of Captain Power figures, which includes Dread. They were pretty neat. Here’s Cyran as Lord Dread. I had to flip Dread’s design to make his left side be the cyborg side so that it would work with Cyran’s wrench paw. I had to do the same thing when I made Cyran dress up as Trap-Jaw. What is it with evil cyborgs always replacing their right sides? And what’s with me always choosing Cyran to dress up as them?
