Good time period folks! Welcome back to the blog.
So Christmas is this week! There won’t be a Crismus storyline this year. Technically, in the strip it’s still the week after last New Year’s. The events depicted currently are a giant flashback. Don’t worry though! There will still be new material appearing every weekday this week and next.
I finally saw Frozen this weekend. I broke down and bought the Blu-Ray. The day after buying it, I found out that the Movie Network will be airing Frozen on Christmas day. Oh well! I don’t regret buying the movie. It’s really good. The musical sequence for Let It Go is spectacular. I have a better understanding of why the kids are still crazy for it a year later.
In Skylanders news, they unveiled the new Light and Dark Trap Masters and they look REALLY cool. I especially like the Light ones. The first for each element is scheduled for release this week in the States, and I’m hoping they’ll follow here in Canada.
I guess that’s it for this week really. I’ve still got a little last minute Christmas shopping to do tonight. So Merry Christmas to those of you what celebrate it and a great week to those of you what don’t. Peace and hugs!Ch

Hello Flashback fans! Thanks for dropping by for this week’s installment as the Flashbacks are on the last stretch. Seven left to go. Let’s get on to number 7 on our countdown.
Another theme done, the last of the Cobra flashbacks is here. There was some really good stuff in this one. I hope we’re ending on a high note.
Zoë is reprising her role as Zarana. I’m digging the colours on this one.
Here’s the action figure card mock-up. Yes, Zarana’s tag-line was that she was Zartan’s sister. It does bill her colour-changing ability too at least.
And of course the comparison to the original mash-up. I specifically remember being happy with the original because of all the detail it included, particularly in the colouring. I was still trying to master Zoë’s face at that time which drags the original down.
That’s all for this week. Next week is the last of the Avengers mash-ups. Who’s left? Well you can search through the archives or you can check back here next Friday. Both are good choices. Have a great weekend everybody!

Hello and good Wednesday to you all. It is time for a new mash-up and so without further ado.
The League of Legends theme continues. As always, click on a picture to enlarge it.
Most of the characters I liked from League of Legends were the gals because they just have niftier costumes. One of the guys I really liked the look of though was Ryze. I thought Barnaby would be a good fit but he was already cast as Tryndamere. I went with Todrick as the biggest boy left.
Here’s Ryze without all the rune effects circling him.
And that’s all for this week. Next week, Deema comes in for a visit. Any guesses as to who she’ll be dressed up as? Leave your guesses in the comments below.
