Blog begins.
Yeah, I’m feeling kinda blah today so this won’t be an especially long blog today.
What a difference a week makes. Last week started out too warm for my taste and yesterday felt downright chilly in the house. Today the sun was bright and the air was crisp. Just the way I like it, though a number of people at work were complaining it was too cold outside.
I was at the point this weekend where I needed to decide what to feature next in the mash-ups. I couldn’t think of anything new so I decided to do another flashback series. This time I’ll be revisiting the X-Men set. The original set was decent. Checking the dates, the X-Men set actually came before the plain set that I just finished revisiting, but I feel the X-Men set was better overall. Funny that.
No major board gaming news this week. This makes me sad actually. Thankfully, there’s some roleplaying to pick up the slack.
As promised, this short blog post is short. That’s all I have to write this week. Have a good seven and we’ll do this all again next Monday. Carja V.

I finally finished upgrading the site’s feature art. The headers and the background have been done for a long time now, but I never got around to changing the picture links in the Artwork section. Now that I’ve finished the flashbacks of the original plain designs, that older, weaker stuff is mostly gone from the front end. It’s about time!
It’s been some time since I’ve gone through the various sections of the site. Some haven’t seen new content in years! I keep saying to myself “Someday!” Well that day hasn’t come yet, but it’s out there!
For now, I’m happy to have the site looking sharper.

So apparently I forgot all updates this week so it’s a loaded Friday today. Let’s finish with our flashback.
With Red Rich you really get three for the price of one. Blue Rich’s colour scheme is the most pleasing to my eye, but Red came first so it’s the most depicted.
Here’s a comparison to the original piece. Yikes! That’s really all I have to say.
