Hey there everybody! I got my new modem today so I can post again! Just in time for a new mash-up!

We’ve got some more Rebels content this week. As always, if you do the clicking thing on the picture thing, then you’ll be able to see the picture thing in biggerness.

Ahsoka Tano has been featured in the trailers for Rebels Season 2, so it’s not a spoiler that she’s in the show. What would be a spoiler is to say how she was introduced in the show, which I won’t do. Watch Season 1 to find out! Here, Zoë is dressed up as Ahsoka. I’m not certain this was the outfit she wore when she appeared in Rebels or if it’s something from Clone Wars.

That’s all for this week. See you next Wednesday for a new Rebels mash-up!

Hello friend! Welcome back to another installment of the Wednesday Mash-up, made possible by it being Wednesday. Long live Wednesday (until midnight when we hail Thursday as our sovereign leader and master)!

The Rebels theme isn’t done yet. I’ve still got a few weeks left to go. I’m still looking for a part for Big Oonch to play. The rest of the main cast will be featured before it’s all said and done. But for now, let’s focus on this week’s offering. As always, you can click on a picture to see the same picture only bigger.

The most cheerful of Animus characters, Deema, got to play the most villainous of Rebels characters, the main baddie for the first season, the Inquisitor. You know he’s bad news (not Barrett) because he wasn’t given a name, just his title. The pose didn’t come out quite as I had planned but that’s just how it goes sometimes.

That’s all for this week. Next week we’ll be looking at the big surprise reveal from Season 1. So you know, spoilers! See you next Wednesday!

Hello! You’re here for  a mash-up, aren’t you? Well you’ve come to the right place friend!

It’s time to look at one of the villains in Star Wars: Rebels. As always, click on the pictures to enlarge them.

Sass got chosen to play Agent Kallus of the ISB. Cyran got one of the female roles so that meant some of the gals would need to play some male roles. I also felt that Sass’ head shape reminded me a little of Kallus’ sideburns. I added a layer for Kallus’ helmet, but I think she looks better without it. What do you think?

That’s all for this week. Next week is the big bad from Season 1. Come check her out (that’s right, her) next Wednesday.

Hello and good Wednesday gentles. Today is the day we go on a new journey into the world of mash-ups. Let us proceed!

It’s more Star Wars Rebels this week. They released a trailer for season 2 at Star Wars Celebration and it looks awesome! As for today’s picture, as always, click on it to bask in its enlarged glory!

Cyran was the most unlikely of choices to dress up as Hera, what with him being a boy and all, but really his rabbit ears lent themselves so well as Twi’lek lekku (head tails) that I had to make Hera into Hiro. The original version I drew was all coloured and shaded but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the legs and feet were off. I don’t usually go back in such a major way, but I slapped on a new layer over Cyran’s lower body and redrew the legs and feet which I feel turned out much better. Just to show the difference, on the left is the approved final version and on the right is the original.

That’s all for this week. Even though we just went through the Ghost’s crew we’re not done with Rebels yet. We still have some villains to visit. Find out who next Wednesday!

Hoo boy! Sleepy! Let’s try to wake ourselves up with a mash-up shall we? Sounds good to me!

The Rebels theme continues this week. As always, click on the picture to enlarge it and see all the picturey goodness.

Nektara is here as Sabine. It was a simple choice seeing as Nektara is the one character that naturally has a head of hair and Sabine’s colourful hair is such a big part of her design. The thing I learned/did differently in this piece was to try to emulate the scratches on her armor and the paint wearing off the edges. It’s always fun to try something new. Through the magic of layers, I did a version of her with and without the helmet.

That’s all for this week. Next week, it’s time for the last member of the Ghost (unless I decide to do Chopper later) of this set. See you next Wednesday for the reveal!
